I’m a retreat planner and experience curator. I bring a travel advisor’s knowledge and a financial strategist’s background to every project, whether it’s a retreat, a private group experience, or private travel.

What every experience includes. Upscale and fully curated. Ground transportation. Some or all meals, at chosen restaurants or with private chefs. Boutique upscale accommodations, usually 4 to 5 stars. Active and off-the-beaten-path journeys may use 3-star lodges, chosen for location and character. Activities shaped around your group’s lifestyle and interests, with culinary and wellness expertise woven through.

How I’m paid. I work on a planning fee, not commission. Retreat and strategy planning starts at $3,000. Private travel design starts at $950, a 90-minute travel consultation is $250, and hotel booking is complimentary. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project, and planning begins once it’s received. Occasionally a supplier pays a referral commission. That comes from the supplier, never from your price.

On-site coordination. Available from $5,000 per week, plus travel, ground transportation, and meals. Some experiences also need a scouting visit beforehand to make sure everything runs seamlessly.

Communication. Everything happens in writing, by email or message, so every detail stays clear and documented.
